The EFR32FG Flex Gecko family of SoCs from Silicon Labs are designed for energy-efficient proprietary wireless protocol networks, making them ideal for IoT devices. This single-die solution offers industry-leading energy efficiency, fast wake-up times, a scalable power amplifier, and integrated balun.
Key features include a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M4 core operating at up to 40 MHz, with up to 256 kB of flash memory and 32 kB of RAM.
