The ECW-U4223V17 is a metallized stacked film capacitor from Panasonic's ECWU series. It features a capacitance of 0.022 µF with a tolerance of ±5% and a rated voltage of 400V DC. The dielectric material is a combination of polyester and polyethylene naphthalate (PEN), metallized and stacked for compact size and reliability.
This capacitor is designed for DC link and DC filtering applications, particularly in xDSL equipment. It offers a dissipation factor of ≤1.0% at 20°C and 1kHz, and an insulation resistance of ≥3000 MΩ at 20°C and 100V DC. The withstand voltage between terminals is 600V DC for 60 seconds.
