The ECW-FE2W335PD is a metallized polypropylene film capacitor from Panasonic, part of the ECW-FE series. It offers a capacitance of 3.3 µF with a tolerance of ±5% and a rated DC voltage of 450 V. The capacitor features a polypropylene (PP) dielectric with metallized electrodes, providing excellent frequency characteristics and low loss. The operating temperature range is -40°C to +105°C, with derating above 85°C. The dissipation factor (tan δ) is ≤0.1% at 1 kHz, 20°C. Insulation resistance is at least 9,000 MΩ for capacitors ≤0.33 µF, and for larger values the IR is ≥10,000 MΩ·µF. The withstand voltage is 675 V (150% of rated voltage) for 60 seconds between terminals. The capacitor is designed for EMI/RFI suppression, high frequency switching, and high pulse DV/DT applications. It is housed in a radial package with PC pin terminations, lead spacing of 27.50 mm, and dimensions of 31.00 mm x 13.00 mm x 23.50 mm. The lead form is straight (code 1,5,8) with options for cut leads. The plastic case is flame retardant and non-combustible resin, and the construction is non-inductive. The capacitor is RoHS3 compliant and REACH unaffected.
