The ECS-TXO-2520-33-240-AN-TR is a temperature-compensated crystal oscillator (TCXO) from ECS Inc. It delivers a precise 24 MHz HCMOS clock output with excellent frequency stability of ±2.5 ppm over the full -40°C to +85°C temperature range.
Operating from a 3.3V supply (±10%), the device consumes a maximum of 5.5 mA at 24 MHz. The output is HCMOS compatible with 15 pF load, 45/55% duty cycle, and fast 5 ns rise/fall times. Phase noise is -145 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset.
The oscillator is housed in a miniature 2.5 x 2.0 x 0.9 mm ceramic 4-SMD package with gold termination. It features an enable/disable function with tri-state control (active low disable, Hi-Z). Designed for wireless IoT, LoRa WAN, and other applications requiring stable timing in harsh environments. RoHS3 compliant and MSL 1.
