This TCXO features an enable/disable function (active low tri-state) that allows the output to be placed in a high-impedance state for power saving. Electrical characteristics include a duty cycle of 45/55% at ½ Vdd, rise/fall times of 5 ns, and excellent phase noise performance of -145 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset. The output is designed to drive a 15 pF HCMOS load.

 

The device is housed in a compact 2.5 x 2.0 x 0.9 mm ceramic 4-SMD package with no leads, making it suitable for space-constrained wireless and IoT applications such as LoRaWAN, where precise frequency control is critical.
