The ECS-8FM-080-TR is a surface mount clock oscillator from the ECS-8F series, designed for 5V supply voltage. It provides a stable 8 MHz output with CMOS and TTL compatibility. Frequency stability is ±200 ppm over the full operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, inclusive of tolerance, temperature, voltage, load, and aging. The oscillator draws a typical supply current of 23 mA (max) for frequencies up to 30 MHz. Output symmetry is 40/60% at 1/2 VCC, and rise/fall time is 8 ns. Start-up time is 4 ms, and enable/disable time is 100 ns.
