The ECS-8FM-020-TR is a surface-mount clock oscillator from ECS Inc.'s 8F series. It operates at 2 MHz with CMOS and TTL compatible outputs. The oscillator uses a crystal base resonator and provides an enable/disable function via pin 1 (tri-state).
Electrical characteristics include a supply voltage of 5V (4.5V to 5.5V range) with a maximum supply current of 23 mA. Frequency stability is ±200 ppm over the full -40°C to +85°C operating temperature range. Output symmetry is 40/60% at half Vcc. Rise and fall times are 8 ns maximum.
