The ECS-327SMO-TR is a 32.768 kHz standard XO oscillator with CMOS output, designed for wireless PCMCIA and portable communication equipment. It features a wide supply voltage range of 1.5V to 6V, making it suitable for multi-voltage and battery-powered designs. Frequency stability is -60/+30 ppm over -10°C to 60°C and -140/+30 ppm over the full -40°C to 85°C operating range. The device draws 8 to 15 µA with a 15 pF load and has a startup time of 220 to 500 ms. Output symmetry is 45/55% to 55/45% at half Vcc. The oscillator is housed in a low-profile 4-SMD, no lead package measuring 6.5mm x 4.0mm x 2.0mm. It is supplied in tape and reel packaging with 2,000 units per reel and is RoHS compliant.
