It operates in fundamental mode with a frequency tolerance of ±20 ppm at 25°C and a load capacitance of 9 pF. The equivalent series resistance is 90 kΩ, with a motional capacitance of 6.5 fF and shunt capacitance of 1.3 pF. The drive level is 0.5 μW.
