The ECS-3225MV-250-CN-TR3 is a 25 MHz crystal oscillator (XO) with HCMOS output, manufactured by ECS Inc. It is part of the ECS-3225MV MultiVolt series, designed for a wide supply voltage range of 1.62V to 3.63V, making it compatible with 1.8V, 2.5V, and 3.3V systems. The frequency stability is ±25 ppm over the operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
This oscillator provides a low jitter of 1 ps (12 kHz to 20 MHz) and a fast start-up time of 10 ms. The duty cycle is 45/55% at half Vdd, and rise/fall time is 7 ns maximum. The output enable/disable function (tri-state) is controlled via pin 1.
The device is surface mounted in a compact 3.2 x 2.5 x 1.2 mm ceramic package with 4-SMD leads. It is RoHS compliant and REACH unaffected.
