Housed in a compact 2.5 x 2.0 x 0.8 mm ceramic 4-SMD no-lead package, the device is suitable for space-constrained designs. It features a tri-state enable/disable function on pin 1, with a fast start-up time of 5 ms. Maximum supply current at 3.3V and 48 MHz is 8 mA, with a low standby current of 10 µA when disabled.
