The Panasonic ECQ-V1J224JM is a stacked metallized polyester film capacitor from the ECQV series. It offers a capacitance of 0.22 µF with a tolerance of ±5% and a DC voltage rating of 63 V. The dielectric material is polyester, metallized and stacked, providing excellent electrical characteristics in a non-inductive construction. This capacitor is designed for high density insertion applications and is RoHS compliant.
It operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +105°C, with derating of rated voltage by 2.5% per °C above 85°C. The dissipation factor is limited to a maximum of 1.0% at 20°C, 1 kHz. Insulation resistance is a minimum of 3000 MΩ at 20°C, 50 VDC, 60 seconds for capacitance up to 0.33 µF. The withstand voltage is 150% of rated voltage for 60 seconds.
The capacitor is packaged in a radial leaded case with dimensions of 10.20 mm length, 3.50 mm width, and 10.00 mm seated height. Lead spacing is 7.50 mm. Termination is PC pins. It is suitable for through-hole mounting and general purpose applications, including noise suppression for logic circuits.
