The Panasonic ECQ-V1154JM is a stacked metallized polyester film capacitor with a capacitance of 0.15 µF and a tolerance of ±5%. It is rated for 100 VDC and operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 105°C. This capacitor features a non-inductive construction for excellent electrical characteristics.
The dissipation factor is ≤1.0% at 20°C and 1 kHz. Insulation resistance is ≥3000 MΩ for capacitance ≤0.33 µF. The withstand voltage is 150% of rated voltage for 60 seconds. The capacitor is packaged in a radial through-hole case with PC pin terminations and a lead spacing of 7.50mm.
Designed for general purpose applications such as noise suppression in logic circuits, the ECQ-V series capacitors are suitable for high density insertion. The bulk packaging contains 100 pieces per bag.
