The Panasonic ECQ-V1153JM is a stacked metallized polyester film capacitor with a capacitance of 0.015 µF and a tolerance of ±5%. It is rated for 100 VDC operation and features a radial through-hole package with a lead spacing of 5.00 mm. The capacitor operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +105°C, with derating of 2.5% per °C above 85°C.
This capacitor offers excellent electrical characteristics, including a dissipation factor of ≤1.0% at 1 kHz and insulation resistance of ≥3000 MΩ (for capacitance ≤0.33 µF). It can withstand 150% of rated voltage for 60 seconds. The stacked metallized construction provides small size and large capacitance, making it suitable for high-density insertion applications.
Typical applications include general purpose circuits and noise suppression for logic circuits. The component is RoHS3 compliant and REACH unaffected, with an MSL rating of 1 (unlimited).
