The Panasonic ECQ-U2A103MV is a metallized polyester film capacitor designed for interference suppression applications. It has a capacitance of 10000 pF with a tolerance of ±20% and a rated voltage of 250VAC. The capacitor is classified as X2 according to safety standards, suitable for across-the-line and line-by-pass applications. The dissipation factor is maximum 1.0% at 20°C and 1kHz. Insulation resistance is minimum 15000 MΩ at 100VDC and 2000 MΩ at 500VDC. The capacitor is housed in a flame-retardant plastic case with non-combustible resin, radial leaded with PC pin terminations and 15mm lead spacing. Dimensions are 17.5mm length, 4mm width, and 11mm height. Operating temperature range is -40°C to 85°C. The component is RoHS3 compliant, REACH unaffected, and MSL 1.
