The Panasonic ECJ-TVF1C104Z is a multilayer ceramic capacitor array containing four isolated 0.1 µF capacitors in a single 0805 SMD package. Each capacitor is rated at 16V DC with a Y5V dielectric, offering a capacitance tolerance of -20% to +80%.
Designed for surface mount assembly, the array measures 2.00 mm x 1.25 mm x 0.95 mm. The Y5V characteristic provides a capacitance change of -22% to -82% over the operating temperature range of -30°C to +85°C. The component is RoHS3 compliant and suitable for lead-free soldering processes.
