The Panasonic ECJ-1VC2A100D is a surface-mount multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) from the ECJ series. It offers a capacitance of 10 pF with a tight ±0.5 pF tolerance, rated for 100 V DC operation. The capacitor uses a C0G (NP0) dielectric, which provides excellent temperature stability with a capacitance change of ±30 ppm/°C over the operating range of -55°C to 125°C. This makes it ideal for timing, coupling, and noise-limiting applications where stable capacitance is critical. The part is housed in a standard 0603 (1608 Metric) package with dimensions 1.60 mm x 0.80 mm and a maximum thickness of 0.90 mm.
