The Panasonic ECJ-1VC1H220J is a multilayer ceramic chip capacitor (MLCC) from the ECJ series. It offers a nominal capacitance of 22pF with a ±5% tolerance and a rated voltage of 50V. The capacitor features a C0G/NP0 temperature coefficient (Class 1 dielectric), which provides excellent stability of capacitance over temperature and low loss, making it suitable for tuned circuits and filter applications. The operating temperature range is -55°C to +125°C.
This capacitor is designed for surface mount assembly and comes in a standard 0603 (1608 Metric) package with dimensions of 1.60mm x 0.80mm x 0.90mm (max).
