The Panasonic ECH-U Series (type ECHU(B)) stacked metallized PPS film capacitor offers stable capacitance over temperature and frequency for general purpose applications.
Key specifications include 4700pF capacitance, 50V rated voltage, ±5% tolerance, and a wide operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. The dissipation factor is ≤0.6% at 1kHz and insulation resistance is ≥3000MΩ.
Designed for surface mounting in a 1206 (3216 metric) case size with solder pad terminations. Dimensions are 3.20mm x 1.60mm x 1.00mm. Suitable for both flow and reflow soldering with maximum conditions of 260°C.
