This is a Panasonic ECH-U(B) series film chip capacitor with a capacitance of 0.033 µF and a tolerance of ±2%. It is rated for 50V DC operation and uses a stacked metallized polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) dielectric.
The capacitor offers a dissipation factor of ≤0.6% at 20°C and 1kHz, and a minimum insulation resistance of 3000 MΩ at 50V DC for 60 seconds. It can withstand 175% of rated voltage (87.5V) for 1-5 seconds. Operating temperature range is -55°C to +125°C.
