The Panasonic ECH-U1H223JB5 is a film chip capacitor from the ECHU(B) series, utilizing a stacked metallized polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) dielectric. This construction provides stable capacitance over a wide temperature range from -55°C to 125°C. The capacitor offers a dissipation factor of ≤0.6% at 1kHz and insulation resistance of at least 3000 MΩ at 50 VDC.
Designed for surface mount assembly, the component is housed in a compact 1210 (3225 Metric) package measuring 3.20mm x 2.50mm x 1.60mm.
