The LEMO ECG.2B.310.CLV is a fixed receptacle from the Series B Indoor Keyed family. It is designed for indoor applications requiring reliable signal and power connections. The connector offers 10 low-voltage contacts with a current rating of 6A per contact and gold plating for low contact resistance (4.8 mOhm max).
The shell is made of brass with a chrome finish (SAE AMS 2460), and the latch sleeve is nickel-plated brass. The push-pull locking system ensures secure mating and unmating, with a minimum of 5,000 mating cycles. The connector is rated IP50 for dust protection and operates from -55°C to 250°C.
This receptacle is designed for panel mounting with front and rear side nuts, and the contacts are terminated via right-angle solder through-hole (PCB elbow). The keying orientation is G (1 key). The insulator is PEEK with UL94 V-0 flammability rating. The part also provides excellent shielding effectiveness (75 dB at 10 MHz, 40 dB at 1 GHz) and withstands high vibration and shock.
