The Dinkle EC381V-05P is a 5-position PCB connector plug from the EC381V series. It features a 3.81 mm pitch and uses screw rising cage clamp termination for secure wire connection. The plug accepts wires from 28 to 14 AWG (0.2-1.5 mm² solid) and has a stripping length of 7-8 mm. Electrically, it is rated for 8 A at 300 V under UL/CUL Group B and 14 A at 320 V per IEC standards. The housing is made of green PA (polyamide) with a UL94 V0 flame retardant rating, and the contacts are tin plated. The plug is designed for free hanging (in-line) mounting and includes finger protection for safety. Operating temperature range is -40°C to 120°C. Insulation resistance is at least 500 MΩ at DC 500V. The screw thread is M2 with a nominal torque of 0.2 N·m. This plug is commonly used for connecting wires to PCB headers in industrial control and automation applications.
