DZTA92-13

The DZTA92-13 is a PNP high voltage bipolar junction transistor designed for medium power switching and amplification applications. It offers a maximum collector-emitter voltage (VCEO) of -300V and a continuous collector current (IC) of -500mA, making it suitable for circuits requiring high voltage handling in a compact surface-mount package.

Key electrical characteristics include a DC current gain (hFE) of minimum 25 at 30mA collector current, a low saturation voltage (VCE(sat)) of -500mV maximum at 20mA, and a transition frequency (fT) of 50MHz typical. The device is rated for power dissipation up to 1.86W on an FR4 board (Note 5) and features thermal resistance junction-to-ambient of 67.7°C/W. It also includes ESD protection with a Human Body Model rating of 4kV (Class 3A).

The transistor is housed in a SOT-223 surface-mount package with matte tin plated leads, weighing approximately 0.112 grams. It is supplied in tape and reel packaging with 2,500 units per reel on a 13-inch reel with 12mm tape width. The DZTA92-13 is fully RoHS3 compliant, lead-free, and halogen- and antimony-free (Green device). Moisture sensitivity is Level 1 per J-STD-020.
