The DZ9F10S92-7 is a surface mount Zener diode from Diodes Incorporated, part of the DZ9F series. It provides a nominal Zener voltage of 10V with a tolerance of ±5%. The device is rated for a maximum power dissipation of 200mW at 25°C ambient temperature, derated linearly above 25°C at 2.0 mW/°C.
