The Samtec DW-10-09-G-D-380 is a through-hole stacking header designed for elevated board-to-board applications. It features 20 positions arranged in 2 rows with a 0.100" (2.54mm) pitch and row spacing. The header uses a 0.025" square post contact system with gold plating (10µin over 50µin nickel) on the contact area, and gold flash on the balance. The insulator is black glass filled polyester, and terminals are phosphor bronze.
This part is part of Samtec's Flex Stack DW series, which allows custom body positioning on the terminal pin in 0.005" increments. The fixed tail length is 0.110" (2.794mm), and the stacker height is 0.380" (9.652mm) as indicated by the -380 suffix. The operating temperature range is -55°C to +125°C with gold plating.
The header is through-hole mounted and terminated by soldering. It is not lead-free solderable and is intended for lead wave soldering only. Packaging is bulk. This component is suitable for applications requiring precise board stacking heights beyond standard options.
