The Samtec DW-10-09-F-D-415 is a flexible board stacking header from the DW series, designed for elevated board-to-board stacking applications. It features 20 positions arranged in 2 rows with a 0.100" (2.54mm) pitch. This through-hole header has a fixed tail length of 0.110" (2.794mm) and offers a stacker height of 0.415" (10.541mm), allowing designers to achieve specific board spacing. The part number suffix -415 indicates the stacker height in thousandths of an inch.
The contacts are made of phosphor bronze with a gold flash finish on the contact area and matte tin on the tail. The insulator is black glass-filled polyester. The operating temperature range is -55°C to +125°C for gold plating. This product is not lead-free solderable; it is designed for lead wave soldering only.
