The Samtec DW-05-15-G-D-285 is a 10-position, 2-row board stacker from the DW series, designed for board-to-board spacing applications. It features a 2.54mm (0.100") pitch and a 7.239mm (0.285") stacker height, making it suitable for stacking printed circuit boards at a precise distance.
This connector uses through hole mounting with solder termination and offers a gold contact finish of 10.0µin (0.25µm) over a 50µin nickel barrier, ensuring reliable electrical connections. The insulator is made of black glass filled polyester, and the terminals are phosphor bronze. The operating temperature range is -55°C to +125°C with gold plating.
Compatible board mates include Samtec SSW, SSQ, ESW, ESQ, CES, SLW, BSW, BCS, SSM, HLE, and PHF series. The part is not lead-free solderable and requires lead wave processing.
