The Samtec DW-05-09-T-S-500 is a 5 position single row board stacker header from the DW series, designed for board-to-board stacking applications. It features a 2.54mm pitch and a through hole mounting style with solder termination. The insulator is made of black glass filled polyester, and the terminals are phosphor bronze with matte tin plating over 50 µ" nickel. The stacker height is 12.7mm (0.500").
This component is rated for an operating temperature range of -55°C to +105°C with tin contact finish. It is intended for lead wave soldering only and is not suitable for lead-free soldering processes. The part number suffix -500 indicates the stacker height in thousandths of an inch.
