The Panduit DV10-250-D is a vinyl insulated female quick disconnect terminal designed for 10-12 AWG stranded copper wire. It features a 0.250" (6.35mm) tab width and 0.032" (0.81mm) tab thickness, making it suitable for standard quick disconnect applications. The terminal is rated for 600V maximum and 90°C maximum operating temperature.
The contact is made of brass with a tin-plated sleeve, and the housing is vinyl. The terminal is non-mating end insulated and uses a crimp termination. The wire strip length is 7.1mm (9/32"). The maximum wire insulation diameter is 5.8mm. The overall length is 26.16mm (1.030").
This terminal is free hanging (in-line) and is color-coded yellow for 10-12 AWG wire identification. It is RoHS3 compliant, REACH unaffected, and has an MSL of 1 (unlimited).
