The Littelfuse DURD560A is a standard recovery rectifier diode designed for general purpose and fast switching applications. It features a maximum repetitive reverse voltage of 600V and an average forward current of 5A. The device exhibits a low forward voltage drop of 1.7V at 5A and a fast reverse recovery time of 35ns, making it suitable for high-frequency circuits.
This diode uses standard silicon technology and is housed in a surface mount TO-252-3 (DPak) package, also referred to as SC-63. The junction operating temperature range is from -55°C to 150°C, ensuring reliable performance in demanding environments.
The maximum repetitive reverse voltage (Vr) is 600V.
