The DTV32F-E3/45 is a high voltage damper diode designed by Vishay for use in high resolution display TV and monitor horizontal deflection circuits. It features a glass passivated chip junction for high breakdown voltage capability and very fast reverse recovery time.
Key electrical specifications include a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 1500V, an average forward rectified current of 10A, and a peak forward surge current of 130A. The forward voltage is typically 1.35V at 6A and 125°C, with a maximum of 1.5V at 25°C. The reverse recovery time is a maximum of 175ns, and the forward recovery time is typically 280ns.
The device is housed in an ITO-220AC through-hole package with matte tin plated leads. It offers an isolation voltage of 1500V from terminal to heatsink. The operating junction temperature range is -55°C to 150°C. The epoxy meets UL 94 V-0 flammability rating and the device is RoHS compliant.
