The DTC144WKAT146 from ROHM Semiconductor is an NPN digital transistor with built-in bias resistors, configured as a pre-biased transistor. It integrates base resistor R1 (47 kΩ) and base-emitter resistor R2 (22 kΩ), eliminating the need for external resistors in inverter and switching circuits. The transistor is rated for a collector-emitter voltage (Vce) of 50 V and a collector current (Ic) of 30 mA, with a power dissipation of 200 mW. It offers a minimum DC current gain (hFE) of 56 at 5 mA, 5 V and a saturation voltage of 300 mV at 10 mA / 0.5 mA. The transition frequency is 250 MHz, making it suitable for high-frequency switching applications.

The device is housed in a compact SMT3 package (SOT-346 / SC-59) designed for surface mount assembly. It is supplied in tape and reel packaging (T146 code) for automated pick-and-place processes.
