The DT2042-04SO-7 is a 4-channel low capacitance TVS diode array designed by Diodes Incorporated for protecting high-speed data lines. It offers a reverse standoff voltage of 5.5V and a maximum clamping voltage of 10.5V at 10A (8/20µs pulse), with a typical clamping voltage of 9V. The device provides IEC 61000-4-2 ESD protection up to ±30kV for both contact and air discharge, and is rated for a peak pulse current of 10A (8/20µs). With a low typical channel capacitance of 1.2pF, the DT2042-04SO-7 is suitable for high-speed interfaces such as USB 2.0, IEEE1394, VGA, and SIM ports. The dynamic resistance is 0.25Ω typical, ensuring effective clamping. The device is packaged in a compact SOT-26 surface-mount package, with gull wing leads and solderable matte tin finish. It is supplied on tape and reel with 3000 pieces per reel. The DT2042-04SO-7 is lead-free, RoHS compliant, and halogen- and antimony-free, meeting green manufacturing standards. The operating temperature range is -55°C to 85°C.
