The DT1446-04SO-7 is a 4-channel low capacitance TVS diode array designed for protecting high-speed I/O ports and one VCC line. It features a typical capacitance of only 0.55pF, making it suitable for high-speed data interfaces such as USB 2.0, HDMI, and IEEE1394.
