The DT1446-04S-7 is a 4-channel low capacitance TVS diode array from Diodes Incorporated designed for protecting high-speed data lines. It features a clamping voltage of 8.5V and a typical channel input capacitance of 0.55pF, making it suitable for high-speed interfaces such as HDMI, USB 2.0, and IEEE1394.
The device provides ESD protection per IEC 61000-4-2 with contact discharge ratings of ±16kV on I/O pins and ±30kV on VCC pins, and air discharge ratings of ±19kV on I/O pins and ±30kV on VCC pins. It can handle peak pulse currents up to 4.7A (8/20µs) and operates over a temperature range of -55°C to 150°C.
The DT1446-04S-7 is assembled in a SOT-363 package (6-TSSOP, SC-88, SOT-363) and is surface-mountable. It is fully RoHS3 compliant, lead-free, halogen and antimony free, and has a moisture sensitivity level of 1 (unlimited). The device is supplied in tape and reel packaging with 3000 units per reel on 7-inch reels with 8mm tape width.
