The DT1240E-04LP-7 is a 4-channel low capacitance TVS diode array from Diodes Incorporated. It is designed to protect high-speed data lines from electrostatic discharge (ESD) and other transient voltage events. The device features a minimum breakdown voltage of 5V and a typical clamping voltage of 7.5V at 10A (TLP) and 8.2V at 5A (8/20µs).
With a low channel input capacitance of 0.55pF typical at 1MHz, this TVS array is suitable for high-speed interfaces such as USB 2.0, USB 3.0, HDMI, and Serial ATA. It provides ESD protection exceeding ±14kV air discharge and ±12kV contact discharge per IEC 61000-4-2. The peak pulse current rating is 5A at 8/20µs and the dynamic resistance is 0.2Ω typical.
The device is packaged in a U-DFN2510-10 surface mount package (supplier package U-DFN2510-10) and is RoHS compliant, halogen and antimony free, and moisture sensitivity level 1. It is available in tape and reel with 3000 pieces per reel.
