The DT1240A-08LP3810-7 is an 8-channel low capacitance TVS diode array from Diodes Incorporated, designed for protecting high-speed data interfaces. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 3.3V and a minimum breakdown voltage of 5V. The device offers a typical clamping voltage of 7.5V at 5.5A (8/20µs) and 8.2V at 10A (100ns TLP).
