The DT1240A-04LP-7 is a 4-channel low capacitance TVS diode array designed for high-speed data line protection. It offers ESD protection up to ±16kV air and ±14kV contact (IEC 61000-4-2) and surge protection up to 5.5A (8/20µs). The device features a typical capacitance of 0.55pF at 1MHz, making it suitable for high-speed interfaces such as USB 2.0/3.0/3.1, HDMI™ 1.4/2.0, and Serial ATA.
The array utilizes steering (rail-to-rail) topology with a minimum breakdown voltage of 5V. Clamping voltages are 7.5V (TLP, 100ns, 10A) and 8.2V (8/20µs, 5.5A). Dynamic resistance is 0.2Ω typical. The device is assembled in a U-DFN2510-10 package (10-pin UFDFN) with NiPdAu terminal finish. It is fully RoHS3 compliant, halogen-free, and MSL Level 1.
Typical applications include protecting high-speed ports in consumer electronics, computing, and communications equipment. The DT1240A-04LP-7 is supplied on 7-inch reels with 8mm tape in quantities of 3000 per reel.
