The DT1240-04LP-7 is a 4-channel low capacitance TVS diode array designed for protecting high-speed data lines from ESD and other transient overvoltages. It features a steering (rail-to-rail) topology and is housed in a compact U-DFN2510-10 surface mount package. Key electrical specifications include a clamping voltage of 11V (max) and 9.4V typical at 5.5A (8/20µs), a low typical input capacitance of 0.55pF, and a peak pulse power rating of 60W. The device meets IEC 61000-4-2 ESD immunity with ±16kV air and ±14kV contact discharge, and IEC 61000-4-4 EFT Level 4. It is suitable for use in Ethernet, HDMI, USB 2.0/3.0, and other high-speed ports. The package is lead-free, RoHS3 compliant, and halogen-free with UL 94V-0 flammability rating. Moisture sensitivity level is 1 per J-STD-020. The device is supplied in tape and reel packaging with 3,000 pieces per reel.
