The DT06-12SB-CE04 is a 12-position rectangular connector housing designed for female socket contacts in wire-to-wire applications. It is part of the DEUTSCH DT series from TE Connectivity, engineered for reliable power distribution in automotive and industrial environments. The housing features a 4.44mm centerline pitch and 9.12mm row-to-row spacing, accommodating wires with insulation diameters from 1.35mm to 3.05mm via crimp termination.
Electrically, each contact is rated for 13A maximum at 250 VDC, with an operating temperature range of -55°C to 125°C. The housing is sealed to IP6K9K and IP68 standards, making it suitable for exposure to high-pressure water, dust, and extreme temperatures. The black PA GF (glass-filled polyamide) housing provides robust mechanical strength and a flammability rating of 12mm flame test per UL-94.
Mechanical features include a keyed mating alignment with code B, integrated primary locking latch, and a cable exit angle of 180°.
