The DST857BDJ-7 is a dual PNP small signal transistor from Diodes Incorporated, designed using epitaxial planar die construction. It is housed in an ultra-compact SOT-963 surface mount package, ideal for automated assembly processes. The device features a collector-base voltage (VCBO) of -50V, collector-emitter voltage (VCEO) of -45V, and continuous collector current (IC) of -100mA.
