The Littelfuse DST10100S is a single Schottky barrier rectifier designed for high efficiency power conversion. It has a maximum DC reverse voltage of 100V and an average rectified current of 10A. The device utilizes Trench MOS Schottky technology to achieve an ultra low forward voltage drop, with a maximum of 0.70V at 10A and 25°C. It is capable of handling a non-repetitive surge current of up to 150A.
