The DSSK60-015AR is a dual Schottky rectifier with common cathode, designed for high-efficiency power conversion. It is rated for a maximum repetitive reverse voltage of 150V and an average forward current of 30A per diode (60A total). Typical forward voltage is 0.66V at 30A and 125°C, minimizing conduction losses. Reverse leakage is 2mA at 25°C and 20mA at 125°C. The device can handle 600A non-repetitive surge current and has an avalanche energy rating of 0.8mJ. The AR version features an isolated back surface with 2500V RMS isolation between leads and tab. Operating junction temperature ranges from -55°C to 175°C. The part is housed in a TO-247-3 (ISOPLUS247) through-hole package with a weight of 6g. Applications include rectifiers in switch mode power supplies and freewheeling diodes in low voltage converters.
