The IXYS DSSK50-0025B is a high performance Schottky diode array configured as a common-cathode pair. Designed for low forward voltage and extremely low switching losses, it uses Schottky technology to achieve a typical forward voltage of 0.43V at 25A (25°C) with a maximum of 0.63V at 50A. The device offers a high current capability of 25A per diode (average) at a case temperature of 125°C and a non-repetitive forward surge current rating of 330A.
The diode array provides fast recovery (≤500ns) and low reverse leakage (80µA max at 25V, 25°C). It is housed in a through-hole TO-247-3 package (TO-247AD outline) with an industry standard footprint, suitable for low voltage converters and free-wheeling diode applications in switch mode power supplies. Operating temperature range is -55°C to 150°C, with a junction-to-case thermal resistance of 1.4 K/W.
The maximum repetitive reverse voltage (VRRM) is 25V.
The average forward current per diode (IFAV) is 25A at a case temperature of 125°C.
The typical forward voltage is 0.43V at 25A and 25°C.
It is housed in a TO-247-3 package (TO-247AD) with through-hole mounting.
The datasheet indicates RoHS compliance, though this has not been verified with an official certificate.
