The DSSK20-015A from IXYS is a Schottky diode array configured as 1 pair common cathode. It is designed for high efficiency rectification and fast switching applications. Key electrical specifications include a repetitive peak reverse voltage (VRRM) of 100V (note: datasheet used for DSA20C100PN shows 100V; DB indicates 150V), average forward current (IFAV) of 10A per diode, and a typical forward voltage of 0.72V at 10A and 125°C. The datasheet for the related part DSA20C100PN indicates a VRRM of 100 V. The database lists 150 V for the DSSK20-015A. This is a known discrepancy.
