The DSS60601MZ4Q-13 is an NPN bipolar junction transistor from Diodes Incorporated designed for automotive applications requiring high current handling and low saturation voltage. It features a collector-emitter breakdown voltage of 60V, continuous collector current of 6A, and peak pulse current capability of 12A. The low saturation voltage of 60mV at 1A collector current enables efficient switching with reduced power losses.
The transistor is qualified to AEC-Q101 standards for automotive reliability and is PPAP capable. It is fully RoHS compliant, halogen and antimony free, and rated for a junction temperature range of -55°C to +150°C. The device offers ESD protection with 4000V human body model and 400V machine model ratings.
