The DSS20200L-7 is a PNP bipolar junction transistor from Diodes Incorporated designed for low-voltage, high-current switching. It is housed in a compact SOT23-3 surface-mount package and supports a maximum collector-emitter voltage of -20V, a maximum continuous collector current of -2A, and a peak pulse collector current of -4A. The DC current gain is at least 180 at 1A collector current and 2V collector-emitter voltage, which supports stable gain in saturated switch circuits.
