The DSR6U600D1-13 is a 6A fast recovery rectifier designed for high voltage applications. It is rated for a maximum repetitive reverse voltage of 600V and an average rectified output current of 6A. The device features ultra-fast reverse recovery with a typical trr of 21ns and a maximum of 25ns, enabling high-frequency switching.
The rectifier offers a soft recovery characteristic (softness factor 0.5) which helps reduce EMI noise in switching circuits. It also has a high forward surge capability of 60A (8.3ms single half sine-wave) and a low leakage current of 50µA at rated voltage. The forward voltage drop is 2.1V typical and 2.6V maximum at 6A and 25°C.
The device is housed in a TO-252-3 (DPak) surface mount package with matte tin terminals and a molded plastic case (UL 94V-0). It is rated for operation from -65°C to +175°C and has a junction-to-soldering thermal resistance of 10°C/W. The part is RoHS compliant and has an MSL of Level 1 (unlimited).
