DSLVDS1001DBVR Description

Short technical summary and product information.

The Texas Instruments DSLVDS1001 is a single-channel Low-Voltage Differential Signaling (LVDS) driver. It is designed for applications requiring low power dissipation, low noise, and high data rates, supporting signaling rates up to 400 Mbps (200 MHz).

This driver operates from a single 3.3-V power supply (3-V to 3.6-V range) and accepts LVCMOS/LVTTL input levels, outputting a low voltage differential signal. Key electrical characteristics include a maximum differential skew of 700 ps (100 ps typical) and a maximum propagation delay of 1.5 ns. The device features power-off protection with outputs in TRI-STATE and low power dissipation, typically 23 mW at 3.3 V.

The DSLVDS1001 is supplied in a 5-pin SOT-23-5 package, offering a flow-through pinout to simplify PCB layout. It meets or exceeds the ANSI TIA/EIA-644-A standard and operates within an industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.

Note: This product is obsolete and no longer in production. Alternate products should be considered for new designs.
